Dylan's passion for hairstyling began at a young age, inspired by visits to the salon with his mum. By age 7, he knew he wanted to be a hairstylist. After completing a three-year apprenticeship, he sought more city influence and trained at Toni & Guy in Manchester, where he mastered diverse styles and techniques.

Dylan's passion for hairstyling began at a young age, inspired by visits to the salon with his mum. By age 7, he knew he wanted to be a hairstylist. After completing a three-year apprenticeship, he sought more city influence and trained at Toni & Guy in Manchester, where he mastered diverse styles and techniques.
His favorite methods include the London technique and traditional baby lights, which beautifully enhance clients' features. Dylan prioritizes understanding each client's vision and lifestyle, ensuring they can maintain their look.
Outside the salon, he enjoys exploring London’s cafes, running, and visiting art and fashion museums—topics that enrich his client conversations. Each appointment is special for Dylan, with the highlight being the smile on his clients' faces at the end.
Originally from Criccieth in North Wales, Dylan's journey with Toni & Guy has been transformative. He loves every step of the process, from color to cut, and he brings a multilingual flair to the team, speaking fluent English, Welsh, and French. An expert at keeping your colour fresh and greys away, She trained as a hairdresser in the 1970s but worked in Early Years education for many years so can dispense pearls of wisdom on child development along with a stress-busting scalp massage and blow dry. Jay Lefevre
Jay's passion for hairdressing ignited in Essex whilst walking passed a photoshoot at a local salon. Trained at an Aveda salon, he embraced natural beauty and ammonia-free colour.
With qualifications like L’Oréal Colour Keys, and advanced Wella and Vidal Sassoon courses. He also worked in a flagship salon in Mayfair and as a consultant for hair and beauty salons across the UK and Scandinavia before founding Crown London.
Known for "intelligent highlights," Jay crafts unique looks tailored to each client. Outside the salon, he draws inspiration from London's vibrant culture and fashion scene, and his own hair care line, Roots and Locks. Experience Jay's creativity and let him bring your hair dreams to life.
